How do I make a request?
To request funding for for your team or program, coaches or team representatives should download, fill out, and submit the request to the athletic department and Athletic Director. School administration reserves the right to accept and deny any donation. Things like Title 9 requirements, storage availability, and program needs will be considered.
All requests must be reviewed by the executive board and approved by the booster board prior to the release of funds. Remember no money will be reimbursed unless the approval form has been submitted and approved prior to the purchase.
